Hi, I’m Christabel

I am a registered nutritional therapist (dipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC) and I help women to regain control of their hormones and their health, long-term. I support my clients to symptom-free cycles, without restrictive diets or intensive regimes. Even those who have “tried everything before”.

I am on a mission to help women better understand their bodies and feel in control of their health. I guide my clients to balanced hormones, easy periods, boundless energy and confidence, all whilst navigating their busy lives. 

I have two decades of experience as a professional chef and baker, so be assured that I love good food. I have travelled much of the world studying gastronomy, nutrition, organic farming and permaculture, as well as the ancient principles of Ayurvedic medicine and Chinese five elements. I strongly believe in the power of food as medicine.

I studied biomedicine and naturopathic nutrition for three years at the college of naturopathic medicine (CNM), and continue to follow up-to-date nutritional research. I completed my advanced nutrigenomics training with Lifecode Gx and my health coaching skills for nutrition professionals with Zest.

My Approach

I do whatever it takes to help you get to where you want to be. I am a huge advocate for seasonal dietary and lifestyle patterns, promoting local foods where possible, for a lower environmental impact and greater nutritional punch! Food can be simple, healthy, enjoyable, and protect the planet, all in one.

I create personalised, seasonal nutrition & lifestyle recommendations for my clients. These are clear, uncomplicated guidelines to fit into your own budget and lifestyle, however busy it may seem.

I am especially committed to supporting women. The stressors of modern living can wreak havoc on women’s hormones, leading to debilitating symptoms. Women should not have to suffer through these discomforts month after month.
