Sometimes life can seem like a treadmill… an uphill one at that

However, we all have three opportunities a day to nourish our bodies, support our hormones and get creative by simply choosing to feed ourselves in the right way.

Good nutrition is essential for health.

Nutritional Therapy not only addresses food and nutrients, but lifestyle, environment, mental and emotional wellbeing.

I am on a mission to help women understand and nourish their bodies, supporting physical, mental & societal health for generations to come.

How it works

Everyone is unique. I look at your health picture holistically, supporting the underlying causes of your symptoms.

We work together to reach your goals, creating a personalised diet, lifestyle and (sometimes) supplement plan to support your needs. These recommendations are achievable & enjoyable, whilst applying the latest nutritional research.

Our sessions might bring in some coaching tools to help you put recommendations into practice in a meaningful way, or break through whatever barriers have held you back in the past.

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, but help to support your body’s own innate mechanisms of healing.

I can work alongside medical professionals, such as GPs or consultants, requesting testing where necessary.

My key areas of support

  • Women’s hormonal health.

  • Reducing stress & anxiety.

  • Improving energy and sleep.

  • Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.

  • Simplifying nutritional science.

  • Diversifying diet and daily movement.

  • Cooking techniques and recipes from scratch.

  • Transitioning to a more plant-based diet.

I live in the real world

Habits are commonly engrained for many years and can take time to adjust. I educate and coach my clients to navigate whatever life throws at you, and to implement recommendations long-term.
